How it connects to your Google Calendar
Setting up the device involves signing in with your Google account. During sign in, you choose which calendar you want the device to display, including a shared or family calendar if you prefer. The device then fetches your upcoming events from that calendar and shows them on its screen.
Access is read only. The device can see upcoming events, but it cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your calendar. Your calendar data is used only to display your schedule on your own device and is never shared with anyone else.
